Born from Claudia's Peruvian heritage and passion for elegant desserts, Alfies was created to elevate one of South America's most beloved treats through refined flavors, thoughtful craftsmanship, and timeless design.

While alfajores remain at the heart of our bakery, our collection has grown to include signature cakes, New York-style cookies, artisanal desserts, wedding favors, corporate gifting, and seasonal collections.
