Alfies operates on a weekly menu system, allowing us to prepare each order fresh in small quantities and offer a curated selection of flavors each week.
Our menu opens every Saturday and closes Tuesday at 11:59 PM for Saturday local pickup.

Founded by Claudia Salinas, Alfies is a boutique bakery located in Boynton Beach - Florida specializing in handcrafted alfajores and indulgent New York-style stuffed cookies, created with a love for refined flavors, beautiful details, and thoughtful presentation.
Inspired by Claudia’s Peruvian heritage and passion for elegant desserts, Alfies was created to bring a refined touch to one of South America’s most beloved treats, while creating new ways to enjoy the rich, comforting experience of a perfectly crafted cookie.
Our collection is intentionally focused on two specialties: alfajores and New York-style stuffed cookies, along with thoughtfully curated gifts centered around them. We also create alfajores for special events, bringing a beautiful and memorable touch to celebrations of all kinds.
Everything is handcrafted in small batches from our home bakery, with an emphasis on quality, flavor, and presentation. From the first bite to the final detail, we believe that a great dessert should feel special.
