Weekly Menu
Alfies operates on a weekly ordering schedule, allowing us to prepare every order fresh in small batches with care and attention to detail.
Our menu is available year-round, and customers can place their orders throughout the week until Friday at 11:59 PM.
All orders are shipped every Monday. Orders placed between Tuesday and Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be included in the next shipping cycle and shipped the Monday after.
Our alfajores and New York–style cookies are made with the same carefully crafted selection of flavors, so you can enjoy your favorites whenever you like!

Founded by Claudia Salinas, Alfies is a boutique bakery located in Boynton Beach - Florida specializing in handcrafted alfajores and indulgent New York-style stuffed cookies, created with a love for refined flavors, beautiful details, and thoughtful presentation.
Inspired by Claudia’s Peruvian heritage and passion for elegant desserts, Alfies was created to bring a refined touch to one of South America’s most beloved treats, while creating new ways to enjoy the rich, comforting experience of a perfectly crafted cookie.
Our collection is intentionally focused on two specialties: alfajores and New York-style stuffed cookies, along with thoughtfully curated gifts centered around them. We also create alfajores for special events, bringing a beautiful and memorable touch to celebrations of all kinds.
Everything is handcrafted in small batches from our home bakery, with an emphasis on quality, flavor, and presentation. From the first bite to the final detail, we believe that a great dessert should feel special.
