The soft, crumbly, gooey sandwich cookie is a staple among those with a serious sweet tooth, and at Alfies the famed cookie is presented in both traditional and inventive styles. To make it we use two buttery cookies to bookend a generous dollop of dulce de leche. While those ordering Alfies Classic will be treated to the dessert´s classic interaction, others can opt for variations on tradition like lúcuma style.
