Returns & Cancellations

Given the perishable nature of our items, ALL items on are final sale, this means that we do not accept returns, this also includes E-cards. This does not mean that because we sell perishable goods, we can´t help you. The customer is always our priority and the following information can guide you to solve your problem:

Delivery cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order that was not delivered yet, please send this request at least 4 business days prior to the estimated delivery date to The email must include: order number, name and item you want to cancel. Once we received the email we will notify you within 3 business days and let you know if we can process your request.
We place the orders in order that they arrive, it takes time to create these pastries and we want to provide a punctual service. If you notify us with little notice, it is very possible that we will not be able to cancel the order, thank you for understanding!

Shipping cancellations:
Some of our products qualify for domestic shipping and if you ordered an item from our store to arrive by mail, you have up to 24 hours to cancel and request a refund. Contact us via email at and one of our members will help you.
If you cancel after 24 hours, it is possible that the product is already on its way to your house and that the cancellation cannot be made.

If you received an item that is damaged or spoiled, please send us an email to and our team will work with you to determine a solution.
We will work as fast as we can to resolve the issue, please allow up to 4 business days after you send the email to contact you.

Once the case/ticket is closed we will notify you and submit a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
